Where is your store?

We are located at 368 Broadway, Suite 507 in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City, at the intersection of Franklin Street and Broadway. You are welcome to stop by, just let us know in advance that you're coming.  

How many locations are there?

We have one location, in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City at the intersection of Franklin Street and Broadway.


How can I schedule a test ride, and where are they held?

You can schedule a test ride using our online form. Test rides run about 30 minutes and are held at our office in Tribeca (368 Broadway, Suite 507), from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays. We accept time slots on weekends on a case-by-case basis.  


What's the top speed?

Our scooter will go up to 18 miles per hour.


What’s the battery range?

The Battery will last anywhere from 8-10 miles on a single charge, and up to 15 miles when on "eco" mode.

How do I know how much battery charge is left?

The scooter includes a display that indicates current speed, total mileage, and the battery’s remaining power. Battery is indicated by five bars, each representing approximately 20% of the battery power.


How long does it take to charge?

It takes about 3-5 hours to fully charge the scooter from 0% to 100%. A quick charge for a single ride will only take about 1-2 hours.

Does the scooter have lights?

Yes, the scooter has LED lights that can be turned on or off by pressing the light switch on the digital display.


How much does it weigh?

The scooter weighs approximately 28 lbs.


 Does it fold?

Yes, our scooter folds in half for easy storage and transportation. Here is an image of the scooter folded.

What’s the weight capacity?

The maximum weight capacity is 250lbs, however riders weighing over 220lbs may experience decreased performance in speed and battery range.


I’m tall, can I still use the scooter?

Sure! We have riders who are over 6’3” and use our scooter with no problems!

Is there an app?

Yes, there is an app that you can download from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. The app is used to unlock the scooter’s anti-theft GPS lock.

What brand scooter is it?

Our scooter is our own brand. We design and build our own scooters and micro-mobility products. 


Are electric scooters legal in New York

The New York State Senate passed Bill S5294A in June 2019, which authorizes the operation and use of electric scooters in New York. 

Do I need to wear a helmet?

Wearing a helmet while riding a scooter is not required by New York State law, however we encourage all riders to wear helmets and other protective gear. 

Where can I ride the scooter? 

Riders must follow the rules of the road and obey all traffic signals. Always ride with the flow of traffic in the bike lane or close to the right curb. Never ride on the sidewalk. For more specific rules check your city/town regulations.

Can I carry passengers on the scooter?

The scooter is intended for use by a single rider. Do not carry passengers on the scooter.

Can I use it in the rain or snow?

We recommend riders avoid using the scooter in heavy precipitation (e.g., heavy rain or snow), as well as avoid riding through large puddles or snowbanks. 

Do you need to be a certain age to ride the scooter? 

You must be 16 years old or older to ride the scooter.

Can I use the scooter to make deliveries?

Our scooters are not designed for commercial use, so you are not allowed to make deliveries with them. We are building a scooter for this in the future. Please sign up for the waitlist here.


How does the subscription model work?

Our subscription service includes unlimited usage of the electric scooter, unlimited maintenance calls at no additional cost, and the tracking capabilities provided by the anti-theft GPS tracker and lock.

When I subscribe, will I get a brand new scooter?

You will either get a new scooter or one that is in mint condition. Either way, we ensure that the scooter you receive is in top shape for your riding adventures. 


How does maintenance work?

All maintenance is handled in our office (368 Broadway, Suite 507) at no additional cost. Just schedule an appointment, drop off your scooter, and we will get it into top shape. From time to time we will ask you to bring the scooter in for preventive maintenance to ensure that the scooter is in proper working condition.


What is normal wear and tear?

Minor damage, such as small paint scratches, lights that went out, etc. are considered normal wear and tear. Broken or missing pieces of plastic, deep scratches, structural damage, etc. are not covered and you may be responsible to cover the cost of replacing them.


How much do I pay per month?

The first month you subscribe will cost $99.99 + tax, which covers account set-up, your premium electric scooter to keep while subscribed, enrollment in our unlimited maintenance plan, and activation of the anti-theft GPS tracker and lock. Subsequent months will be billed at $39.99 + tax, which is automatically billed in monthly increments. 

Can I pause the subscription?

Yes, you can pause the subscription – just return your scooter to our office (368 Broadway, Suite 507). If you decide to restart your subscription, you’ll have to pay the initial sign-up fee of $99.99 again for the first month of your renewed subscription. 

Can I buy the scooter?

You can buy the scooter for $1,099.99. If you subscribe and then decide to buy, your monthly payments will go toward the final purchase price. If you buy the scooter, but want to maintain access to the free maintenance and the GPS tracking abilities additional fees may apply.

How do I change or update my payment method?

You can schedule an appointment through our online form to update your payment method.


Can I live outside of the New York Metro-area and still subscribe?

We evaluate potential customers who live outside of our listed coverage area on a case-by-case basis – please email to find out!


What happens if the scooter gets stolen?

In the event that your scooter is stolen, let us know immediately. We will send you detailed instructions on what to do next. Acting quickly is incredibly important and will increase the chances of finding the scooter. We will help you in the process, but ultimately you are responsible for the scooter. If we are not able to recover it, you will be charged the retail price minus all monthly payments you’ve made. We recommend that you only leave the scooter outside, locked to a fixed object for short periods of time. Under no circumstances should you leave the scooter outside overnight.  


How long will it take for the scooter to be delivered?

Your scooter will be delivered 1-2 business days after you’ve placed an order. There is an additional delivery fee of $45. You can also come by our office in Tribeca (368 Broadway, Suite 507) and pick it up at no cost!

What do I need to bring when I pick up my scooter from the Brooklyness office? 

You can schedule an appointment to pick up your scooter using our online form. When picking up your scooter, you will need to bring a photo ID, your smartphone, the credit/debit card you used to purchase the subscription, and your order number.
